Domains, Inc. recognizes that many domain registrants will
outsource the construction of their websites. .KDI holds agreements
with the domain registrant only and therefore failure to adhere
to the "KDI
Content Guidelines" will result in actions taken
in accordance with those agreements.
Website
operators who are not the domain registrants are encouraged
to become familiar with the "KDI
Content Guidelines" and "Registration
Agreements" in order to be fully aware of what material
is deemed appropriate.
All web
sites being operated in the .kids network are targeted for
children 13 and under. All web site operators should be
familiar with existing COPPA rules.
KDI wishes
to continue to work with website developers to provide a "Safe
